What we collect
Information you submit through the consultation form: profile, asset band, jurisdictions, areas of focus, timing, name, email, optional phone, and free-text notes.
Why we collect it
To assess fit and prepare for an introductory conversation. We do not use it for marketing, do not share it with third parties, and do not sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the consent box on the form.
Retention
Submissions are deleted within 90 days if no engagement follows. If an engagement is initiated, retention follows the executed engagement letter.
Your rights
You may at any time access, rectify, port, restrict or erase your data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (Commission nationale pour la protection des données — CNPD, cnpd.public.lu).
